Laura Lanham is a Career and Talent Development Consultant with 18 years experience in career and professional coaching, assessment facilitation, team development, talent/performance management, training and instructional design. She helps individuals, teams and organizations Assess, Connect and Transition in order to achieve desired outcomes. Her process is succinct, effective and delivers a tangible ACTion plan.

Laura received her Master of Science in Organization Development at Johns Hopkins University and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Towson University. She is MBTI certified and qualified to administer many other assessments including ones that aid in career selection, communication, conflict resolution and leadership development. She is a member of the National Career Development Association where she recently earned a Certified Master of Career Services (CMCS) credential. She also holds a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) credential through the CCE. As a active volunteer for her parish's church and school, she presents workshops on "Finding your Passion" to adults and teaches "Career Exploration" classes to middle school students.
